terms of service
GENERAL:
▪ I reserve the right to reject any commission if I'm not comfortable with doing it.
▪ The commission includes the transparent format (PNG) I can also send you the version with a flat background of the color you want at no additional cost.
▪ When I finish your commission I will send it to you by a Google Drive link to keep quality. (for non VGen comms)
▪ I can only make minimal changes after finishing the commission. (small details)
▪ Customers are not allowed to edit my work. If you want to add or change anything just ask me.
▪ You will receive at least one WIP during the commission process. You can request any amount of WIPs you want at any point.
PAYMENT:
▪ All payment is upfront, so you must pay fully before I begin any work. I will tell you the total price of the commission plus any applicable fees before you agree to pay.
▪ You can make a maximum of 2 changes to the piece in the sketch phase, then the rest of the changes will start to cost 5 USD extra per change.
▪ All payments are through Paypal for non VGen commissions
USE:
▪ The commission is for personal use only.
▪ Commercial use fees are worth double the price if used for merchandising (plushies, stickers, pins, etc.) and half the price if used for content in any social media.
THE WAITLIST
▪ My waitlist works like this: first to order and pay, first to be added on the queue, and first to get their commission done. In consequence, the people who are next in the queue have to wait a little more. So please be patient.
▪ For people who need their commission early or on a specific day for any situation, it'll have a cost (rush fee) depending on the date and the number of people before on the queue, we can negotiate it on DMs.
COMMISSIONERS ARE ALLOWED TO
▪ The commissioner can use the commission wherever they want but can't claim the work as theirs.
▪ Print the image on objects or paper for personal use only.
▪ Only customers who have paid for commercial use, are allowed to use it commercially.
